Lord you are the completion of all the love I want to have in my heart You are everything I could ever want You fill my cup There is none besides you Your grace keeps me alive So happy too have u by my side Lord Jesus U never leave us behind Where would I be without you? I d be lost and alone We hunger and thirst for the truth Lord we come together TO gather and bask in your love I don’t have to search anymore I have found the narrow way We Praise you and think of you Jesus everyday You’re always on our mind My mind is a constant love letter to you My heart is a love vessel for you

A few years back, my friend Otis did a mixtape called ‘a time for peace’. It’s an effortless mix of melodic & vocally driven music which became a source of some of my favourite records that I was yet to discover. There was never a tracklist for it, but over the years, have found them serendipitously in record shops and had a few joyful moments when finally the needle drops on one of the tracks from this mix! The past week has given me an opportunity to reflect on some of the records that I return to constantly, can get lost in & consider something else for a while. I hope that perhaps someone out there might find something in here that opens their ears to something new, can get lost in and one day have that needle drop moment too! Thanks to everyone who put me onto these records in one way or another.
